SEEDS MINDSET

Human judgment before automation.

Seeds uses technology to organize, synthesize, discover patterns, document, retrieve, and maintain intelligence over time. But technology does not independently determine the diagnosis or final recommendation.

Research first. Evidence first. Human challenge first.

Technology supports the intelligence. People remain accountable for the conclusion.

Seeds does not begin with AI-generated recommendations. The work moves from research and evidence into human diagnosis, specialist challenge, quality review, and an integrated conclusion before it becomes an Intelligence Board.

AI may assist earlier with organization, synthesis, pattern discovery, documentation, and retrieval. The diagnostic conclusion, prioritization, challenge, and final recommendation remain human responsibilities.

Research → Evidence → Human Diagnosis → Specialist Challenge → Quality Review → Integrated Conclusion → Intelligence Board.

SEEDS MILESTONES

Build. Validate. Learn. Then decide what deserves to scale.

Our roadmap is a sequence of validations — not promises. It shows what has been built, what is being tested, and what must earn the right to become more.

Transparency is part of how we build Seeds. We show what has been validated, what is being tested, and what still needs evidence before it deserves to scale.

We would rather show what we are still proving than pretend everything is already solved.

STAGE 0 — CLIENT 0

VALIDATED / CURRENT FOUNDATION

Built and internally tested the 8 Perspectives, 35 Must-Have Seeds, DIY methodology, Intelligence Board, Revenue seedMap™, seedPlan™, and initial operating model. Goal: prove that the methodology can produce one coherent, integrated diagnosis before selling it externally.

STAGE 1 — CLIENTS 1–3

NEXT VALIDATION

Validate the 40-day service in real client environments: specialist collaboration, Quality Analyst workflow, Senior Quality Gate, evidence standards, handoffs, SOPs, client usefulness, delivery hours, and economics. Delivery may intentionally be more collaborative while knowledge transfer and SOPs are tested.

STAGE 2 — CLIENTS 4–10

OPERATIONAL VALIDATION

Validate repeatability: greater specialist ownership, clearer role transfer, consistent delivery, diagnostic quality without Founder involvement in every detail, pricing and margin learning, New Priority usage, Intelligence Board behavior, and implementation demand.

STAGE 3 — PRODUCT VALIDATION

FUTURE / EVIDENCE DEPENDENT

Identify which parts of the operating system clients repeatedly use and value: Intelligence Board, evidence management, priority tracking, New Priority workflows, seedPlan™ evolution, and organizational learning. Only productize repeated behavior that proves useful.

STAGE 4 — SOFTWARE / SAAS EXPLORATION

APPROX. 3–5 YEARS · CONDITIONAL

Potential future evolution of the Intelligence Board into a software platform. This is not the primary company objective. It should happen only if service validation supports it, clients repeatedly use the system, product behavior becomes clear, and software genuinely improves the client outcome. If the service earns the right to become software, we will build it.
